some refing skills
must be able to ref on both sat,sun
must be at least 17 years or older
must be MATURE
must have transportation to VT
the day starts at 8am to 5pm

for one day of refing you will get 1 free case of paint and 1 free play.....

experince just the knowledge of the game anh how to ref....."commitment"(often you want people to work)how it works we pick refs that singh up on our site that post that they want to ref for that weekend eather sat or sun....so if you dont want to ref then just dont post and you wont have to...were the "commitment" come into play if your not willing to ref then dont post that you will ........if you need more info come out to valley thunder and whe can talk face to face......

that what we would like because we have some refs that are younger and there not MATURE enuf and there just out there to get free paint and to be out there to B.S with there frends and not do there job......if you think that your MATURE enuf then come out an talk to us

No problem Matt, I am sorry that some of your refs seem to have issues with me. Not sure why, I always keep it fair and honest out there even when playing. Guess you can't please everyone ;D

As I stated before, I will be happy to help you guys out if you need me. Just let me know, I think VT is a great place, and I would help even for free.
