base impulse solenoid problem

i bought this base impulse and as soon as i aird up the bolt would only move about a quarter of an inch and when i opened up the solenoid it had a busted O-ring and i noticed that the solenoid wasnt really movin when i shot, does anyone have any idea?

It really is hard to tell if the noid is the prob. from your describing. It can be a number of things. Like bolt stick...not enough input presure...there is no way that you are going to see the noid move while your shooting it. Got to be thinking of something else that's moving.
