How do I know what my setting are on (ie:rate of fire,dwell and rebound)? What were the factory settings and is there a way to get the factory settings back?

Theres no easy way to get backt o factory settings, and factory settings from my experience varies from gun to gun. The best thing to do is to read the manual http://www.smartparts.com/Manuals/Shocker.pdf
Dwell (start at 60 chirps fomrt he bottom and work your way down to where you don't have FSDO and shoot downs.)

ROF - also known as recharge rate, all the way down to the lowest setting, unless u play in a league where there is a cap on bps.

Rebound - 0 becuz most of the field i know do not allow any sort of ramping.
