i agree with andy, i had an ion for alomst 4 months and never had kick....weight lifting may be a cheap solution....

its not my fault ! im holding it tight ! the gun isn't moveing when im shooting due to kick, it just feels like a 98 w/ the volocity turned up to around 400. and for the record i do work out and no it dosent help w/ the kick...at all

ahhhhhhhhhh !! ok "quote" me

"it feels like a 98 w/ the volocity turned up to 400"

i may not have been clear.

i ment that it has the same ammount of kick that a tippman 98 would have if u turned up the volocity on the tippman 98 not the ion

again i have no idea y but it sux and no andy i do not have week wrists and i am holding it tight

new bolt will help
getting a qev and lowering your dwell and pressure will help
different dentens will help a lil (dont ask me how they just did on my gun)
nbut it sounds ur gun is way 2 high op pressure wise cause mine i dont feel a single thing
