Ok,
I'm at my wits end. I picked up a 2k2 in almost new cond.
Looks like it was barely if ever used. Shot well when tested.
Early 1.4.3. board, rounded edge clamshell.

When i first got it, i tore it apart and cleaned and lubed both
regs. They were really clean. installed a 300psi gauge for the hpr and backed out the allens on both reg flush to start off.
Went in my backyard to test fire and chrono. Gassed it up and brought the hpr to 250 and the lp to 75. shot over the chron at about 200fps. the dwell was at 8 and it's the early black wired solenoid. Kept raising the hpr to till i got to 300 and the lpr till i got to 100. top speed was 260fps.

I kept changing the dwell higher and higher, but it didn't make a difference. I guessed it was maybe the board. I got one from a friend , a 2.0 that is known to be good and the same results. I had a chance to buy a frenzy board and i was going to replace it anyways, but still no higher velocity.

The battery was good, but i changed that too.

I tore apart and lubed the LPR and HPR and thier pin valves still nothing.

I called Blast and the tech there didn't know what was wrong and said they were backed up and if i sent the gun in it would be 4 weeks before i got it back.

So i tear into it again, took off all the hoses going to the solenoid and make sure there not leaking and all the barbs to be sure they were not blocked. I had 2 spare hi flo barbs and put them on the output of the solenoid and test it again . Now i can get it up to 270fps once in awhile, but a consistent 265fps. I brought the dwell from 8 to 10 to 12 to14 and maxed out to 16 and still the same velocity.

What else is there?

Whatever light you can shine onto this problem would be gladly appreciated

I have used 3 different tanks. All the same results.

I used my chrono at home and it better than the ones out at the fields, but all the same results. I've even verified it with other guns.

Stock torpedo that came with it, my torpedo from my dragon and a cp reg, all the same results.

Forgot to mention that it took out both oin valves from the regs cleaned them and lubed the o-rings, same thing

u could try an replace the selenoide usualy i just set the inline reg at 210 an run the lpr at like 80 and it shoots 285-290 u could have a small leak check your hoses and the o-rings on your ram and if the bolt dusent have o-rings ide get one that duz

make sure that your ram is properly lubed and check your cup seal as well.

lubed the cup seal twice
and the ram at less once

make sure the cup seal is snapped all the way into place... sometimes it can be a lil out of place and cause these results

Mike PBallin,
Thanks for the suggestion, i was kinda thinking about that too.
Last nite i made sure it was seated all the way in and even miked it before and after, but still no go. I pulled the ram and measured the overall length and it was the same as two others that i have.
I think i'm going to let Blast have a go at it.
Thanks for all the suggestions and help everyone

I sent the gat to blast and it was the ram. It was too light and didn't have enough weight to open the valve long enough to get enough air. They installe a locking feedneck i supplied and shipping the gun back to me NO CHARGE. Talk about great customer service. Major props to the tech, peter there.
I've had to deal with BLAST 3 times now and everytime i've gotton excellant customer service from them

Everyone Thanks for all the help
