i think you can if u take your reg off your tank (wouldnt suggest if you've enver done it) or you can ship it...i suggest shippen it

Yes,,, just make sure to put it on your checked bagage empty. If you can get the head off, you will be ok. Count on getting your bag searched with the tank inside.
If you can't get the reg off, they "might" not allow it on the plane.

just make sure the reg/top is off so they can look inside to makesure nothing is in there being "Smuggled"

they prob wont let you. cuz when i went to seattle to visit my dad i was about to buy a n2 tank,and i was talkin to the guy at the shop and told him i lived in california and told him i was flying bak then the guy at the shop said they prob wont let me take it on the plane. so my dad jjst gave me the cash and i bought one down here.

smart parts max-flos or any other tanks with removable regs are ok to bring on. just make sure that you are able to see in the tank and that its in your checked baggage. my friend went to the philippines last summer and they let him bring his max-flo tank on the plane.
