both sound like relatively good deals but you need to list the specifics abotu parts and such for each gun so we can giv eyou a better idea. Also remember that k2 is goign to be releasing the new line of low priced autocockers here soon and they shoul dbe weighing in new around $175.

cockers have bad resale, so if u want to get the most for your money if u sell the cocker you'll get more for the vert feed. but what it sounds like the side fed is the better deal bc it comes with a tank and bottom line and your ready to go. also since it is set up with a bottom line you can try it out before you buy it. when you make ur purchase make sure you ask if the tank is still in hydro.

I agree with EL-Ricx but if u r new to paintball, just a thought, u may not want to buy an autococker, because they are very wonderful guns, but very technical and if u dont know how to work on them u can very quickly do more harm than good. For your 200 dollar price range i would recommend an electronic spyder or similar stacked tube open bolt blowback style gun, but if u must get one of the cockers, get the side feed with the tank.

get the vert feed, co2 will work just as well on an autococker as hpa. get a cp reg or pps stab, then co2 will have no effect on consistancy.
