ASA and tank

i have a system x tank and i had a stock impulse asa on it until the asa stripped where the tank screws in. i tried 3 different asa's with my tank and all the threads were different. i was wondering if anyone knew what asa will fit my system x tank

i think the threads on ur tank got f'ed..cause all tanks should be able to fit in most screw in ASA's

Yeah sounds like the threads are messed up, if I remember correctly the Vert ASA's on some guns are a little different some use different NPS threading I believe. Glide your finger along the threads on the tank, try and feel if any parts have been grinded flat or where any differences occur. Can the tank still screw into the old ASA?

no the old asa is stripped

i put my tank on my dads asa and it fit fine so it isn't stripped any one know what asa would fit?

Well Jon said the easiest way to go, but it could be possible that the other 3 asa's are stripped as well. Did you inspect the threads on your tank?

yes my tank is fine. and i would get one like my dads but it is a stock duckbill that came with his gun

Are you having trouble finding duckbills, or do you not like duckbills? Their easy and cheap to get, I know for a fact palmers carries them.
