A stupid question

I bought a freak kit a while back and I tend to shoot hellfire from AZ. What bore size would you guys use? The reason I am puting this in the pump section is because.... well I use it on my sniper. I usually use the .682 or .684 because they tend to fit the paint pretty tight.... how do you all determine what bore sizer to use? Should the paint fall through slightly or fit really tight or what? Any input would be helpful!

paint should be blowgunned through the barrel. shouldnt fall through, nor should it have to be forced.

I have been using a .684 when shooting Hellfire here of late. My .683 is a better barrel for it, but the .684 gives me a little leeway if I get a ball that may be a tad out of round or something.
