My Halo seems to be locking up one me. Here is what it does. I put new batteries in it. Put paint in it and turn it on. The cone will spin and feed the paint like it suppost to. When the neck is full and tensin is put against the cone, the cone will pulse a time or two and then the hopper will lock up. If you turn it off and then on again it will do nothing.
If you empty the hopper , refill it and turn it on again, it will spin fine until the feedenck is full and then it pulses again a couple of times and relocks up.!! Any Ideas?? The eyes are clean, no crimps in the wire that I see, the band seems to be ok. I don't know???

i had the exact same problem with my halo, atleast i think i did, mine would pulse 2 times, then flash a red light, then a green light stating that there was a jam, when in fact there was not one. to fix this i changed the batteries, and dissasembled the gears and motor housing, and lubed the gears and made sure the motor was in place, cleaned the eyes and reassembeled it, and it started working again, im not positive what the problem is, it was either the eyes or a gear/motor misplacement.

like bijar said, take it apart and make sure all the gears and motor are all set and properly greased. ive seen this happen a lot to halos and this fixes it every time.
