How do i take the strap on the back off of the goggles?

um well its connected to the frame where the lense goes in so you should take that off, then pull the strap like twoards the outside of the lense alitlle bit if that makes sense. then tunr the end liek 45 degrees and shove one of the sewn ends through then grab it through the other side or push it thorough with a butter knife or sumting. its alot easier to do then to explain.
