I am thinking about getting a timmy, but i only have one question. Will I be able to run it on a hp compressed air tank? Thats preset too? It's a crossfire 45/45 and it's preset to 800 or 850 psi i forgot. Please give me feed back.

yes you will be fine. the other ocmments were deleted ebcause they were wrong and would only cause confusion. this has been hashed over a dozen times on here. next time read through the help threads. Thats why they are there.

I said HPA will work on high pressure and low pressure guns and that only low pressure tanks will work on low pressure guns.

How is that wrong?

you say that only low pressure presets will work on low pressure guns which is wrong. All high pressure output tanks will work on all guns with the proper inline reg and most guns come with the right inline reg for high pressure tanks because that is the industry standard. the only guns that require a low pressure tank are angel speeds. And even then they still work well on high pressure. Impulses, shockers, timmies, vikings, bushies etc are all low pressure guns because they have a solenoid and thus a ram that is actuated at a low pressure. These guns all do not need a low pressure tank so your post was inherently wrong because you made a generalized statement that would only lead to confusion and frustration.

I did generalize, to be honest I've tired of doing detailed advice with url links simply b/c the readers many times won't open the door to where the answers lie. It doesn't seem to matter if its pbreview, pbstar, anything. I took a guy under my wing here recently and I gave up b/c he wanted to be spoon fed.

Thanks Iron.
