Impy V Shocker

I have run across this question many time but is there a difference between an 02 shocker thread and a 03 impy thread if so whats the difference?

for barrels? yes there is a difference The imp threading is two threads that start 180 degrees from each other and only actually do about two and a half turns. Shockers are one thread and do about five turns not to mention the sleeve is a different length.
