dm4 UL frame for DM4 stock frame plus cash

Hey everyone I need some advice. I found a guy on pbnation that is willing to trade me a UL frame that fits a dm4 for a stock dm4 frame plus cash.. I am not sure how much cash I should offer. The UL frame is all stock but my stock dm4 frame has a critical trigger and a tadao chip installed. Any ideas?

I would not offer to much if your fram e has crit trigger and tadao chip.
