Watch out for this guy on eBay - he's selling used gear stating its 'in good condition' when its not.
I just received a used Spyder I paid $60 for and its a mess. Paint is all chipped/blistered on trigger frame, he replaced most of the factory stock screws with sheet metal or machine thread screws from his local hardware store, it has black electrical tape all over the marker and CO2 bottle. Its only good for parts IMO.
Wound up just buying my daughter a brand new Spyder Xtra for $76 which is what I should have done in the first place - but didn't because she wanted a 'silver' Spyder like the Classic's and the TL Plus' are.
Live and learn.

Doubt we'll ever see a refund even thru eBay and/or PayPal.
