Yes they are, but if you look at the qualifications for rookie that Expo Army has set it is a 1.5 year qualification for rookie, NCCS has a 1 year. So they qualify and so do our Nov players. The reasoning is because there aren't that many true rookie teams around. You will see this 1.5 Rookie qualification in most local tounreys. I talked to Expo Army to make sure it was ok for each and every player on both team to play this event. There are only two Novs playing between the two teams that have played under 1.5 years on the Mavericks squads entering, the rest are rookies that have less than one years experience.
