when i air up my ND timmy the bolt goes forward instead of backward? whats up with that? plz help

hey this is his bro and all his hosing is in the right place.

bottom right-back barb
top right-center barb
top left -lpr block
he had a 2k2 cup seal in there when he took it out it was folded into a cone shape so he ordered a 2k4 poppet

its really wierd

the cup seal not sealing will if anything make the bolt go back not forward.

i aired up my gun and im not getting any air flow to the center barb from the noid and i ordered a 2k4 poppet cause the 2k2 poppet bent like a cone. Im prolly gonna buy a new noid then send the old one in to see if humphrey can repair it or sumthin
