Looking to upgrade current one bedroom in the Rosemont area (hwy 50 & watt area)
I can get a 2 bedroom for $725 per month with a $700 deposit in the same complex. (Looking to save some cash basically)
It would be a 4-month lease, and after that it goes to month to month.

I am a single father and have my daughter (6 yrs) every other weekend, other than that I work locally for last 6 1/'2 years, have all the typical amenities. Dish network, dsl connection, phone etc. I do tend to have a fluctuating shift, sometimes working days or nights. I am looking to move by April or May first. Financially it would cost you half of the rent and half of the deposit. We would split the utils. I have lived in the complex almost a yr this time, and 2 yrs before I got married (now divorcing). Well that’s the basics.....

You must be employed and or have verifiable income; single dads/moms are cool depending on circumstance. Other than that I’m pretty mellow and easy to deal with.

If you would like to know more catch me on yahoo or pm/email etc.

Thanks,
SD
