I've had the on/off fry, my solenoid screws were stripped (bought it that way, not my fault), got the upgraded bolt to fix mid-stream drop-off.

I bought a chipley clamp feed (no rise), so no problems there.

I've had my maxflow rail strip, got a replacement from the 'pro' shop I bought the gun from. That one promptly stripped. (please see max flow rail thread if you have any suggestions.)

And I don't have vision, so when I break a ball, paint leaks out of my trigger frame.

I just got my '03 shocker this past Wednesday! ;D YEAH!

I am having a problem though;

First shot drop off. :-[

What can help fix this?

Is it the bolt that needs to be replaced? :-\

no you need to
a) make sure your bolt is properly cleaned and lubed
b) turn your dwell up
c) if all else fails make sure the spool in the solenoid is cleaned and not really greasy(this should only be done by a certified smart parts tech or somebody that knows what they are doing)

yea ironpanther is right....as always lol. i have an 03 shocker too, with the 04 bolt kit, and i had the same problem, but once i re greased it, (make sure u only use shocker lube or dow 33 grease!) and ran about 2 cases through it, its working great. if dont know how to turn ur dwell up, pm me and i can explain it to you, or the instructions in ur manual are really good. if u lost the manual, or u bought it used and the seller didnt give you one, you can print up the newly revised one from smartparts.com in the support area. good luck!

on my shocker vision the vert max flow spits out are like every shoot ? i dont know what to oil or what the hell is wronge w/ it?

is it worth it to buy the new dynasty board, eyes, the dynasty trigger also the turbo charged bolt kit, if any body has info let me know asap cause i am getting ready to order

the dynasty board is very good, the dynasty trigger is nice, the super charger kit will give you a small increase in shots per tank but isn't really worth the money.

so i should just save the money for the bolt kit and get something else for my gun, is there a different bolt kit that is better but not much more expencive?

the only thing that I might reccomend now is the new designz bolt kit but I haven't tested it outmyself. New designz has a long standing rep of quality and performance though.

do u know if the new designs bolt kit comes with a colored fireing cam and end cap? and also do u have a link to the new designs web site.

new designz does not fo their own retail sales so you need to buy from a new deisgnz dealer. www.newdesignz.com is the address for their site and no they don't come with an end cap but yes you can get the firing can in different colors.

whats up guys. i have a shocker and i have a question.
when i gas up the gun and fire it with the eyes off, the gun doesnt fire all the way. the bolt moves but not all the way through the chamber, even thought it is freshly oiled. then i got the gun to fire and it fires really fast. but when i put paint in the first ball fires really hard, the each ball gets progressively shorter, until they dont make it out of the barrel. are these conected? what should i do about it?

i sold traded my alias for a 05 shocker with a never board, and i didnt get a manuel, i know how to work on the gun but not the board, is it the same a normal stock board? to adjust the rate of fire you hold the trigger and push on of the two buttons and for dwell you just open the board and push one of the buttons? lmk asap cause this gun shoots like crap right now and i wanna pimp it out and the frist thingi need to do is set that stuff. also what is a good setting for the dwell, i used to play on 28 but that was with a 03?

NEED HELP:
well I've dedicated tomorrow to fixing my gun. I just put in a new bolt and i gassed it up today. It made a wierd noise and the bolt like went really far back inside the gun. On the sides where you'll see this (((O))) you can see the oring on the bolt. Am i missing a piece? Or is it just in wrong? If anyone can help that'd be great.

any paint will work fine through a shocker ;D unless it is a soft shell which wont work though any gun good ::)

Hey can anyone tell me howto locate the manifold in my 05 vision shocker? i need to replace the manifold o rings but i cant find the manifold!!!

Ok. Now i just put my shocker back together and now it wont turn on. I tried changing the batteries but it didnt make any differenence. Any suggestions??

I can't get my Naughty Dog shocker to shoot semi automatic. I pull the trigger 3 times and it then begins to fire fully automatically. does anyone know how to change this?
I have opened the grip and i have 2 buttons up and down. i have pressed the down button many times with no success. there are also two lights a red one and yellow one. i am not sure what they are for.

I have an '03 Shocker and the vision setting won't fire anymore, perhaps I need to replace it, but not sure where to find on either.
