US Paintball League or NPPL Name? That could be the question!

Time to roll the dice again with www.sacpb.com and I didn't get into much trouble last time I read Rich Telford's email. So we all know Chuck Hench purchased the NPPL name/domains attached to the NPPL. Now I thought that was just to stop anyone coming out with the league again and I guess it was. BUT and this is still being talked about by the board (Chuck, Bart and Rich) on a skype call right now! The US Paintball League is talking about bringing the NPPL name out from the ashes.

What do you think they should do? YES or NO

P.S...I think they said field one will be the field at HB! And a pump event at HB might be on the cards!!!

I think that bringing back the NPPL would be a good move.It is a very well known name and could bring about more teams/people.I am sure that Chuck and Rich will make the right move.:tup:

Bring it back - what the heck what have they got to lose. All the banners trucks and bunkers have the NPPL already stuck on them. And not forgetting the game.

Yes, bring back the name.

You could say something like "NPPL, brought to you by the USPL".

Something like before when is was presented by Pure Promotions.

NPPL is a name that more people and companies (even companies outside of panitball) are familar with. It would be a smart business move.

NPPL could be the name of the national circuit. The organization can call themselves the USPA, the US paintball association. And then maybe merge with regional leagues that are all run by the USPA and feed into the NPPL like the WCPPL and stuff.

Only way I would NOT do it...is if USPL had to pay a bunch of fees for different domains/licenses under NPPL...
